Unique Construction Concepts was founded by Adrian Palacios Jr., a fully licensed general contractor with a passion for quality craftsmanship and a commitment to serving the coastal communities of North Carolina. Adrian’s journey in the construction industry began under the guidance of an experienced mentor who taught him the ins and outs of the trade. Over the years, Adrian honed his skills, gaining hands-on experience and building a reputation for his meticulous attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work.

Unique Construction Concept assisted my board and me in setting up a maintenance schedule for our community’s overdue wooden bridges, including both vehicular and walking bridges. Adrian and his team met with us on several occasions to offer detailed background information, visual aids, and multiple options for consideration. Their proactive approach extended to coordinating maintenance efforts, including providing proper notice to property owners, emergency services, and other key stakeholders in the area.
To optimize costs, they implemented electronic arms for traffic management, which automatically adjust when necessary, eliminating the need for manual stop/yield sign management. This solution proved particularly useful during overnight single-lane closures.
